Leading development-led care home operator New Care has received planning consent for two new state-of-the-art care facilities, one in Grappenhall in Cheshire and a second in Guiseley in West Yorkshire.
Helping to address the increasing shortfall of quality beds in both areas, the award-winning Manchester-based operator will deliver a 70-bed care home with a value of £11million just off Knutsford Road in Grappenhall close to the centre of Warrington, and a 72-bed facility with a value of £12million on Otley Road within the leafy and historic surroundings of Guiseley Conservation Area.
