The shell unit was laid out over several floors including lower and upper basement and lower and upper ground floors which were fitted out to create a 9 room, 4 level, 3 bar dining and drinking establishment which has a capacity of 650 people. The fit-out included eclectic touches such as pulpits, pews and a real tree imported from Ireland that spans all 4 floors. The tree was cut into sections and lowered through the void and reassembled with high tensile steel rods inserted through its core.
