Corporate Policies

McGoff Construction Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Policy aims to consider social, environmental and economic issues pre, during & post construction. These three pillars of sustainability are underpinned by values that include commercialism and stewardship. The five key areas of our Policy are as follows;

– The Way We Do Business
– Our Customers
– Our People
– The Environment Around Us
– The Wider Community
– Governance

Our aspirations are to win new business through best practice and seek continuous improvement across all aspects of our business. We have established a KPI panel committee to measure our progress and benchmark against national and regional indicators. The KPI panel committee meets quarterly to monitor progress against targets and to enable The Board of Directors to make decisions on sustainability strategy.
