Estimator

We are currently seeking to recruit an experienced Estimator to further strengthen our Development Led Team. The Estimator will aid in the cost planning as an in house and will be responsible for compiling costs, budgets and feasibility studies. You will work closely with the pre-construction team and will have a bias towards residential care or leisure with values ranging from £1.5 million to £10 million.
