The Salvation Army, Warrington

The scheme involved the extension and part refurbishment of the Salvation Army Citadel and Community Centre in Warrington. The Works comprised of part demolition of the existing building, new substructure, frame, external brick and rendered clockwork walls and roof including parapet.

This was followed by the fitting of external doors and ironmongery, glazing and curtain walling, internal partitions, internal doors and ironmongery, finishes, fixed joinery items, sanitary appliances, mechanical and electrical services and external works/landscaping.

This scheme was a Finalist for the ‘Best Public Service Building’ at the NW LABC Awards 2014.
